Homi MNE is a real estate agency focused on the Montenegrin coast and Podgorica. We work with fewer properties than we could — because for every unit we list, we want to know the details.
Our clients are people buying a first apartment, families relocating, investors looking for a realistic return, and foreign nationals planning a longer stay. Each needs something different, but all need the same thing: someone to tell them how matters actually stand.

How we work
Four things we do differently
None of this is unusual. What is unusual is how rarely it is done.
We check before we list
Title deed, permits, access and the planning documents for neighbouring plots. If something is wrong, you hear it from us, not six months later.
We explain what you are signing
Preliminary contract, deposit, notary, tax, registration. You get every step and every cost on paper before you commit.
We quote real numbers
We calculate rental yield net, with empty months and running costs included. Gross figures from the best week in August are not a yield.
We know how locations differ
Budva in August and Budva in January are two different towns. We will tell you how a location feels out of season, before you buy.
Where we work
From Herceg Novi to Ulcinj, and in Podgorica
The coast is our primary focus — the Bay of Kotor, the Budva riviera and the Bar coastline. In Podgorica we handle apartments and commercial space for long-term rental and living.
